This is when things get exciting! After you select your service(s) and we agree on a start date, I send you a service agreement and invoice to make the first payment, so we can get this show on the road, or, dare I say, seed in the soil!
After our kickoff call that helps me gather all the juicy details I’ll need to begin crafting emails for your business, I’ll get to writing. And rest assured, you’ll be updated throughout the writing process. Once your first batch of emails are full bloom, they’ll be delivered straight to your inbox for approval.

Absolutely. Many of my clients are on a retainer for email marketing services. If you’re interesting in a retainer arrangement be sure to reach out as soon as possible so we can get you on the calendar.

Long-term projects are split into three payments: the first at the time of signing the contract, the second mid-project, and the third after the copy is delivered.
Short-term projects are paid in full at the time that our contract is signed, or unless you request a payment plan.
Retainer arrangements are paid in full at the beginning of each month during our contract.

Emails will be sent for your review in a Google Doc. However, I will get them formatted in your email platform, get links and visuals added, and get it scheduled. You don’t touch a thing except to type ‘approved.’
